Lewis Farms & Petting Zoo Sunflower Festival / Photography Policy 2020:
During regular business hours we welcome those who wish to use Lewis Farms & Petting Zoo as a backdrop/setting for any portrait/commercial photography. We ask that photographers and their clients be respectful of all guests enjoying the event.
All parties entering the festival property must purchase daily admission and wear required admission wristband.
Photography sessions can only take place during regular business hours.
Absolutely NO sessions after business hours unless previously arranged (see below).
You may only access the PUBLIC areas of the farm.
All parties will follow regular farm rules.
Vehicles are NOT allowed under any circumstances.
Multiple clothes changes on site are not appropriate as these can interfere with our other guests.
Absolutely NO PETS are permitted on the farm for photos.
All photos should be family friendly in nature.
Our staff is not responsible for directing clients to your photo shoot location. Make sure your clients have your contact information so that they can reach you upon arrival.
Lewis Farms & Petting Zoo reserves the right to halt any photography sessions deemed to be disruptive.
Photo Credit/Social Media – all photos shall be identified as being photographed at Lewis Farms & Petting Zoo. Any online photo galleries or images shall have a link to our website VisitLewisFarms.com. If photos are posted online or on social media sites, Lewis Farms & Petting Zoo requests attribution and that photos are tagged @visitlewisfarms.

Photographers must pre-register and purchase session ticket online at https://lewis-farm-market.ticketleap.com/. Sessions must be paid at least 48 hours in advance. Please bring paid ticket and signed photography waiver to check-in on the day of reserved session.

Due to scheduling restrictions, no cancellations (weather-related or otherwise) will be rescheduled. $150.00 fee is non-refundable.
